Decoy Brand Asset Usage Guidelines
1. Approved Logo Usage
Primary Logos
- White Logo: To be used only on dark or colored backgrounds.
- Black Logo: To be used only on light or white backgrounds.
- Gold Logo: - To be used only on Dark Background where the logo is prominent.
Background Compatibility
- The white logo must always be placed on dark or high-contrast backgrounds.
- The black logo must always be placed on white or very light backgrounds.
Minimum Clear Space
- Maintain at least the height of the letter “D” in DECOY as clear space around the logo.
- No other elements (text, images, graphics) should encroach into this protected area.
Minimum Size
- Print: Logo must be at least 1 inch wide.
- Digital: Logo must be at least 100 pixels wide.
2. Prohibited Logo Usage
To protect the integrity of the Decoy brand, please do not:
- Change the logo colors beyond the official white and black versions.
- Stretch, skew, rotate, warp, or distort the logo in any way.
- Add drop shadows, bevels, glows, or other effects.
- Replace or modify the official fonts or adjust letter spacing.
- Use the logo on low-contrast or cluttered backgrounds.
- Place the logo inside a shape (circle, box, badge) unless specifically approved.
- Animate, crop, or display the logo partially.
- Use the logo as a decorative watermark or background element.
3. File Types and Distribution
- Always use official logo files shared by the Decoy Brand Team.
- For web and social media, use PNG or SVG formats.
· For print, use high-resolution PNG, EPS, or PDF vector files.
· Never recreate or trace the logo manually. Unauthorized recreations dilute brand quality.
4. Usage Rights and Permissions
· The Decoy logo and all associated brand assets are the intellectual property of Royz Innovation Pvt. Ltd.
· Use by third parties — including influencers, press, retailers, agencies, or partners — must be approved in writing by the Decoy Brand Team.
· Unauthorised use, reproduction, distortion, or misuse of the logo or assets may lead to legal action.
